Project Summary

The Superior Group helped build the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics (UIHC) at Forevergreen Road. 300,000 square feet of the hospital includes 48 beds, 21 emergency care rooms, 16 operating rooms, procedure rooms, laboratories, a pharmacy, and other public and medical amenities. An additional 169,000 square feet features an academic and clinic wing with faculty offices and research space.
