Townhalls

Each quarter, we bring together hundreds of team members from across our organization to share updates on our business performance, recognize our teams, and celebrate all-things TSG.

Two special Townhalls are held in the Huntington Field Club at Lower.com Field.

CEO Roundtables

Throughout the year, our CEO hosts a series of in-person roundtable discussions with key teams across The Superior Group.

These are candid, ask-anything sessions, and they provide a unique opportunity for employees to share their perspectives, concerns, and ideas directly with the CEO.

Family Day

Each year in the Fall, team members and their family come together for food, fun, and camaraderie at the Columbus Zoo or Huntington Park.

From a solar farm that powers thousands of homes, to a proton therapy center that helps patients fight cancer, we’re proud to bring power and connectivity to projects that make an impact.

Tickets

We purchase hundreds of tickets to the Columbus Crew and Columbus Clippers so our team members can enjoy attending with friends, family, and teammates.

That’s why when a TSG team member becomes a Big Brother or a Big Sister, we provide them with a financial stipend, PTO hours, and other benefits to help them spend more time with their Little.
