Electricians

The team that brings power to projects of every shape and size.

  • Construction Wireman

    Your responsibilities include basic wiring, pulling cable, bending conduit, and the installation of electrical components.

  • Construction Electrician

    Experienced electricians who specialize in installing, maintaining, testing, and troubleshooting electrical systems.

  • Apprentice Electrician

    Accepted candidates in the IBEW’s Apprenticeship program gain hands-on experience and learn the skills needed to become a Journeyman Electrician.

  • Journeyman Electrician

    A skilled tradesperson who works independently on electrical systems. Often responsible for supervising other Electricians and providing training to Apprentices.

Technicians

The team that enables facilities to be safe, secure, and smart.

  • Cable Puller

    Your responsibilities include basic wiring, pulling cable, and the installation of conveyance and telecom components.

  • Apprentice Technician

    Accepted candidates in the IBEW’s Apprenticeship program gain hands-on experience and learn the skills needed to become a Journeyman Technician.

  • Journeyman Technician

    A skilled tradesperson who works independently on telecommunications systems. Often responsible for supervising other Technicians and providing training to Apprentices.

Field Leadership

The team that leads the vital work on jobsites.

  • Foreman, General Foreman

    You're responsible for ensuring that our projects are completed on time, on budget, and in accordance with safety regulations and building codes.

  • Superintendent

    As the leader of our jobsites, you set the tone for our teams, serve as the chief liaison with the General Contractor, and interface regularly with TSG executives.

Field Leadership Program

Our Field Leadership Program is an invitation-only opportunity for emerging, established, and senior leaders at The Superior Group. Designed for both Electricians and Technicians, the Program provides our Field team members with a series of learning and development experiences, including:

Professional or industry association involvement to gain more knowledge and connections
