Ross Alkhayri

Ross found his passion for electricity and circuiting when he studied physics in high school. He pursued his dream in becoming an electrical engineer and was privileged to work as a consulting engineer for some of the world’s top-ranked A/E firms. In his 25 year career in consulting engineering Ross was lucky to have contributed a small part to the design of some of the world’s iconic Olympic stadiums, high-rise towers, and mission critical facilities.

With Master degrees in Engineering and Business, Ross wanted to make an impact to the business and management side within engineering. Before joining the Superior Group, Ross was the national electrical lead for one of the world’s largest A/E firms, focusing on advancing electrical engineering practice in the US.

Ross joined the Superior Group in 2018. He realized the great vision the Superior Group has with new opportunities in the construction industry when it comes to providing fully integrated preconstruction and construction services. Today, Ross leads over 65 professionals in our virtual design and construction team, working seamlessly with estimating, engineering, and field operations to enhance schedule, labor efficiencies, and quality of install. His greatest joy resides in mentoring young professionals, seeing them grow and helping them reach their full potential.

Outside of work, Ross is an avid soccer player and fan. He enjoys practicing yoga with his wife, and spending time with his family.
