Kim Dixon

Kim had planned on being a teacher from the beginning. Although construction was in her family, after her grandfather was involved in a very unfortunate and completely preventable workplace fatality, Kim became interested in safety and how she could advocate for the worker. As teaching and safety are closely inter-mingled, changing direction was seamless. Kim fell in love with construction during her internship and hasn’t looked back.

Priding herself on building relationships, coaching employees and mentoring and growing safety professionals into being their best selves, Kim has grown the safety team into a well-rounded, diverse group capable of providing guidance for any safety scenario.

With 15+ years’ experience, Kim has built safety programs for global companies with an emphasis on employee and management engagement. Her experience and guidance provides a positive interactive approach with safety emphasizing proactive methods.

An avid dog lover, Kim enjoys being outdoors whenever possible while spending time with her husband and dogs.
