Brad Hetterscheidt

It wasn’t until 1985 when Brad first considered a future in the electrical construction industry. After being hired by Superior as an apprentice, Brad saw both a challenge and an exciting opportunity ahead of him in his career path.

He believes it is important for clients to be passionate about our team — to know we are doing our best, doing it right, and listening to their needs. Consequently, it wasn’t long before Brad started to move up in position and responsibility, because his commitment to his clients was so apparent. Consistent with others on our team, his hard work and success transitioned him from an Apprentice to a Vice President in the organization.

Today, Brad oversees all aspects of our field operations in Ohio and across the United States. He has a focus on developing our construction personnel to help them achieve their career goals and ensure the highest standards of the work we deliver.

Having served clients in a number of roles, Brad understands the importance of teamwork and attributes the team environment to the reason why he enjoys going to work everyday. As a relationship-driven worker, Brad values not only his team and clients but also the time he gets to spend with his family and old friends during his time away from work.
